Welcome to RamPortal.Net. This website is owned and operated by Portals for Fans, LLC. By accessing or using RamPortal.Net, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Platform Purpose & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Independent Fan Site: RamPortal.Net is a non-commercial fan site dedicated to tracking collegiate athletes, roster movements, and historical team metrics of public interest. The Site is provided strictly for personal entertainment, historical tracking, and informational purposes.

No Official Affiliation: RamPortal.Net is an independent, unofficial fan platform operated strictly by Portals for Fans, LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected to Colorado State University (CSU), the Colorado State University System, or the CSU Athletic Department. The official website for Colorado State University Athletics can be found at csurams.com.

2. Read-Only Nature & Third-Party Communities

No User Accounts: The Site is entirely read-only. We do not offer user registration, fan accounts, or the ability to post comments directly on the platform.

Discord Community:The Site provides links to an affiliated community Discord server. This Discord server is hosted on a third-party platform and is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and community guidelines. Portals for Fans, LLC does not assume any liability or responsibility for interactions, user-generated content, or moderation practices occurring on the Discord server or any other off-site platform.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Platform Content:Portals for Fans, LLC owns the Site and all of its contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all information, text, software, displays, images, video, audio, designs, “look and feel,” layout, proprietary compilation, selection, and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Content”). The Content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. We claim all copyright, trademark, and trade dress rights associated with the Site.

No Ownership of Public Facts and Events:We do not own, nor does anyone own, the underlying “facts,” “events,” or raw “roster data” contained on the Site. This historical and real-time athletic information represents public facts and historical events that are not subject to proprietary ownership. Users are free to reuse, extract, and discuss these underlying facts, events, or roster data for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that such use does not involve copying, reproducing, or imitating the Site, its proprietary code, its custom features, or its distinctive “look and feel.”

Third-Party Trademarks and Embedded Content: All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand names displayed on the Site (including university names, team nicknames, athletic conference symbols, and corporate logos) are the property of their respective owners. Furthermore, this Site utilizes standard public embedding features to display third-party media, including but not limited to embedded social media posts from Twitter/X and embedded videos from YouTube. This embedded content is hosted by third parties, remains the intellectual property of its respective creators or hosting platforms, and is integrated here strictly for news reporting, historical commentary, and fan discussion. Our display of third-party marks or embedded content does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those respective trademark holders or content creators.

4. Permitted Use & Attribution Guidelines

Non-Commercial Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the data on this Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share, screenshot, or reference raw information found here for non-commercial discussions, social media posts, or fan analysis.

Attribution Request: Non-commercial use of individual data points is permitted with or without formal attribution. However, if you are making significant use of the data compiled on this platform (such as writing comprehensive articles, building deep historical summaries, or maintaining derivative public trackers), we request that you provide clear attribution back to RamPortal.Net.

5. Prohibited Uses, Anti-Scraping, and Anti-Competition

To protect our platform infrastructure, server performance, data pipelines, and proprietary development, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • No Competing Platforms:You are explicitly prohibited from copying, harvesting, or extracting the Site's unique data compilation, layout, or historical event ledger for the purpose of creating, operating, or feeding a competing website, application, or fan portal.

Accuracy Disclaimer: Because athletic transfers, portal adjustments, and historical records move rapidly or depend on variable source material, the data displayed on the Site may occasionally contain delays, omissions, or administrative errors. We do not warrant or guarantee the real-time accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information.

As-Is Provision: All content and data on the Site are provided entirely on an “as is” and “as available”basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Portals for Fans, LLC assumes absolutely no legal liability or responsibility for errors or inaccuracies in the ledger, or for any downstream actions, reliance, or analytical interpretations (including sports journalism, gaming, or wagering) made by users based on the Site's data.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PORTALS FOR FANS, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “COMPANY PARTIES”) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF WHATSOEVER NATURE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, LOST REVENUES, PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION), EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, USER-GENERATED CONTENT, OR OTHER COMPANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

7. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue

Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal action, lawsuit, or proceeding, you and Portals for Fans, LLC agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or complaint informally. You must provide a written description of your complaint, along with your contact information, to us. Following receipt of the complaint, the parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue informally. Formal legal action may only be initiated after the parties have engaged in this informal process and have reached a clear impasse.

Governing Law: These Terms, your access to the Site, and any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to your use of RamPortal.Net or your relationship with Portals for Fans, LLC (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law principles.

Exclusive Choice of Forum: If the parties reach a clear impasse following mandatory informal dispute resolution, you explicitly agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action, lawsuit, or judicial proceeding arising directly or indirectly out of these Terms or the Site shall rest solely in either:

  1. The Denver District Court (State of Colorado), or
  2. The United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

8. Severability and No Waiver

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: No waiver by Portals for Fans, LLC of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure of Portals for Fans, LLC to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
